In my opinion Carl Edwards put the spectators in clear and present danger I might be mistaken but wasn’t Carl’s comment similar to Geoffrey Bodine’s comment. As a former racer I would have never put a driver or spectator in that position look at Carl’s track record how many times has he been put on probation for similar instances and (NASCAR basically only slapped his hands). (Bad boy bad boy bad boy as they slapped his hands).

NASCAR needs to rethink & look closer in this matter of Carl- brad problem .MY question is: if Dale Sr. GOD willing been in bad place in that car would Carl of done the same. NASCAR official needs to look back into NASCAR’s open wheel modified accident in the 1965-1968 time period , when GEOFFRY BODINE had a similar incident at Shangula raceway in Owego NY which caused a competitors car to go into grandstand killing and mangling many spectators including children and Geoffrey Bodine’s comment was I didn’t think that it would happen that way. I was there and helped pick up pieces of bodies as a former racer there

Personally I think he should be suspended for a week or two to show the other drivers this is not what we met by putting the driving in your hands!!!!!!!!! Personally I like Carl and have rooted him on many of times what he did was unprofessional and more like a beginning driver hopefully he is man enough to put all the incidents be hide him and apologize to the fans for what he did and go back to driving like a professional driver
